Help

"We're sorry, but you have exceeded your photo upload quota"...HELP! While trying to upload a new header photo I got this message. I cannot upload anything new and cannot get my old back.  I googled this problem and there doesn't seem to be a solution. Is anyone else having this trouble? If so, were you able to find an answer to fix it?
