Did you eat your pancakes today? We've celebrated the last three years straight but really only because we LOVE pancakes and this is just another excuse to eat them. On the menu this morning was a short stack of banana pancakes each. What a great way to start our mid week morning. Read more about Shrove Tuesday here. Our family is all #8!
Here's my recipe. Not the healthiest but makes a great cake every single time. Enjoy!
|our weekend staple Banana pancakes|
mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt
make a well and pour into it 1 1/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 1tsp vanilla and 2 tsp oil
mix together til smooth then add 2 mashed up bananas
cook on a skillet or in a fry pan and enjoy
