Jackson: Looking so much older than his 13 years. I think I've said that a few times before. I'm glad he's still a good sport for my camera. He spent his first New Years without us at a friend's house and admittedly it hurt my heart to let him go.
Lily: My girl rang in the New Year with us at a good friend's house. At midnight everyone went outside with noise makers and sparklers. Lily stood and yelled "Happy New Year" at the top of her lungs over and over again so that everyone in the neighbourhood could hear. She was thrilled to welcome 2017.
