Jackson: Another year, another trip to Seattle to watch our Canadian team The Toronto Blue Jays play against the Seattle Mariners. This year the Jays won the two games we watched! Every other time we have traveled south to see them play they have lost. My Dad joined Jackson and I and we had a super few days. Jackson got a couple of autographs during batting practice, we ate too much bad stadium food and had tons of fun cheering on the team. We can't wait for next year already.
Lily: The evening before Jackson and I took off for Seattle, Lily had her end of year dance recital. She is in Acro (gymnastics and dance combined) and did wonderfully with her group in front of a packed house. I'm so proud of my beautiful little lady.
I can't believe how grown up Lily looks here - both your children are so, so talented. I don't know whether I've mentioned it before but my brother is Canadian, he has dual nationality, and it would be great to visit Canada with him at some point. It's one of those must-see places! x
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same as Donna - Lily looks so grown up! Sounds like you had a fun trip to Seattle too. We went to the US on our honeymoon but didn't manage to fit in any baseball unfortunately!
