"a portrait of, and quote from my children, once a week, every week, in 2015"
Jackson: Green eyes shining. Looking very handsome with his new haircut but not at all interested in a photo as the NHL All-Star Skills competition was on tv and he had his hands on a fresh Bannock Burger from the store up the road.
"Mom, that's the thing about hockey players and new haircuts, you hardly recognize players afterwards."
"MOM, you don't even know what you are saying. He's the best team captain in the NHL. This is All-star stuff." This quote came after I argued that the player was being cocky.
"Seriously Mom, Dad needs to think about stopping djing soon. He is just getting too old! What is he still going to be doing this when he is 70?!"
Lily: Fitting perfectly into my dress from 1980. It was my very favourite in Grade 2 in Mrs. Milligan's class. She would "never wear this out of our yard" but it does fit her really well. And yes, I am a packrat and hold on to too much!!! This isn't the only dress of mine she will try on!☺
"You sure this isn't some sort of Gramma outfit for Bingo?"
Bonus shots this week!
Awww the photo of them together are just adorable! #LivingArrows
