Nature Loving - September

There are only 5 days left to this month and so far September has brought beauty beyond words to my little corner of the world. Mother Nature is really showing off right now in Powell River and I feel so very grateful to live where I can enjoy such natural splendor. The leaves are outstanding already with new colours popping every day. The pampas grass blowing in the warm wind is so gorgeous as is the brilliant green of the ocean at newly discovered waterfalls. Old and new swimming holes look extra inviting in the September sunshine. It all just brings such happiness to my heart. Then there are the Orcas! Several pods have given us quite a show on more than one occasion bringing my level of joy to new heights every time I have the pleasure of watching them play. It really is unbelievable to see them surface. I always pinch myself.  

You don't have to look far to find natural beauty here. I've said it before and will say it again and again, we are blessed/lucky/fortunate. British Columbia is beautiful especially here in PR.
