"a portrait of and quote from my children, once a week, every week, in 2015"

Jackson: He's looking older and doing things that only older kids should do, like lighting the wood stove. But my boy still lets his age show through at bedtime every night..."Goodnight Mom and Dad, I love you. Don't go to sleep til I'm asleep"

Lily: If you randomly showed up at our place, you'd find several different areas where Lily has been. She could play all day long, with minimal breaks for food if we allowed her to. One area may be for her Lalaloopsy's who are busy having a picnic. Another might be a wedding between one of her cabbage patch dolls to a teddy bear. Then there is the scene above where everyone was gathered to listen to her story.
She's been exceptionally full of it this week and the quotes were flying faster than I could keep up.
Here are a few that always come out very seriously when you are least expecting it.
"when you want something done, you've got to do it yourself. What a locomotion!"
"How dare you steal the Effel Tower from me?"
While listening to the 80's station, Careless Whisper came on and she questioned why the guy was singing about "online twizzlers"
"look at my footprints...like two little bees floating down the river"

  2. The photo of the two of them is really lovely. I love the idea of including a quote from each of them too.
