Turning double digits requires a great party. My sweet nephew Oscker requested a Harry Potter themed party for his champagne birthday August 10th and as ever, my sister and her creative ways rocked it! She got most of her ideas on Pinterest - check out her board here. Oscker and his friends loved it all especially the cake and the amazing goody bags. So much fun!
