Week 46
Week 47
"a portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2020"
Once again, time ran from me. Fortunately I got the shots but just didn't make the time to blog them.
Week 46 shows a Jackson who was not in the mood for photos. I think it was an off week for us all. He still took the pics but wasn't thrilled to do it. I suspect I will see more and more of that as he gets older. I'm already wondering how next year will play out. It'll probably be time for me to call it a day with his weekly pics especially come June when he graduates. Time will tell I guess.
The photo of Lily is from a little outing we took to our local fish hatchery. The salmon are spawning and while it tends to be stinky, I love to go and watch nature doing its thing.
Week 47. Jackson sent me this selfie from the gym. He's been working out daily and loves it. Makes me so proud of him and it's awesome that he can drive himself to and from and go when he pleases.
The sea lions have returned to one of our local beaches. I could go down every single day to watch. I mentioned stinky fish in week 46 but that smell doesn't even come close to the one the lions have permeated the beach with. Lily lasted about as long as it took to take this picture then returned to the car to watch them with nicer air
As ever, joining in with beautiful Donna and others for another week of Living Arrows.
I've loved your sea lion photos over on Instagram. We've had a bit of an off week here - the new covid guidelines coming into force on Wednesday, and the ones over Christmas, aren't what I expected and are just quite hard. We will get through it! x
ReplyDeleteI think it's amazing that you are still able to keep taking these weekly pictures - I don't know if my boys will be as cooperative as your two when they are older!
