Lily turns 8

 ⤵Her birthday fell on a Friday this year so we got to celebrate with her girlfriends on her actual day. We held her party in a room at the Rec Complex. The girls decorated mini gingerbread houses (thanks for those Mom & Dad),  played passed the parcel, ate pizza and had cake as well as loads of candy and posed for photo after photo in our homemade booth. Lily is loved by her friends and it shows in her happiness when they are around. She`s a lucky girl.

⤵Sadly I didn`t take many photos when we had her family birthday party a couple days later. We had just come from the Santa Parade and raced to get everything ready for when everyone arrived. I also failed in terms of a cake and candles for this party but she didn`t seem to care. She`s a beautiful, creative, amazing little woman who makes my world a whole lot better with her crazy self. We love her beyond words.
