29/52

"a portrait of, and occasionally a quote from my children, once a week, every week, in 2015"
Jackson: Full of light and love while at the beach. Easy and happy.
Lily: This gal has obviously been watching far too much Coronation Street with her Granny. Lots of scenes have been recreated with a (pretty great for a 9 year old) British accent. Her creativity knows no bounds.

There were certainly a lot of quotable moments this week but most took place in the van while driving somewhere and as much as I think I'll stop immediately and write things down, sadly it never seems to happen. Lily has been reading Are you there God it's me Margaret so I did manage to quietly listen in, with great interest, as she discussed bra sizes with her brother who after several minutes said simply "Lily, just stop. I don't want to hear anymore." How I love them so and hope they will always be close and silly.

Bonus shots for our afternoon at Donkersley Beach. Hipstamtic fun!

  1. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in the bra conversation. My mum is mad for Coronation Street and takes great delight in filling me in. Are you up to date or a bit behind? That jumping picture is the BEST! What an awesome capture! Happy holidays y'all!
